OA-AA seated lift
Csp manipulation – Seated Techniques From the side : front and back
TMJ manipulation – 3 Techniques
Clavicle Lift
AC and SC
Elbow – we just covered radial head
– advanced will cover a number of elbow techniques for ulna /
medial and lateral gapping thrusts / prone thrust
Seated rib – 2,3,4
Seated CTJ lift
LSP – body drop and thigh drop contacts
Chicago roll – OP thrust
Hip Manipulation – prone / supine
Hip traction thrust x 2 / long lever and short lever
Knee manipulation – prone traction / supine traction thrusts
Knee manipulation – medial and lateral gapping thrusts
Ankle and Foot Manipulation – there are around 10 additional manipulation techniques alone for the foot.
